Open Schedule Training Courses

We offer scheduled training courses at various times of the year that are open to registration from individuals and small groups. These are some of the upcoming courses that we will launch over the next few months:

25-26 Mar 2023 (Run 1), 6-7 May 2023 (Run 2)

At the Feet of the Good Shepherd Retreat (FGS)

A foundational module based on the servant leadership modelled by Jesus Christ. In the 2 sessions, we will explore the 4 domains of leading like Jesus: the heart, head, hands and habits.

15 Apr 2023

Heart-to-Heart Convos (H2H)

A day of recollection to reflect on how God has been present in your community and shaped the group, followed by heart-to-heart conversations to discern the next priorities of the community.

20 May 2023

Difficult Leadership Conversations (DLC)

The quality of conversations of Catholic leaders & members of the body of Christ at every level determines the fruitfulness of our shared mission. How do we create accountability? How do we engage groups for better alignment? How can we collaborate better? How can we create safe spaces in our groups? These critical areas will be covered in this half-day workshop.

Customised Training

To build up your leadership team: bonding through formation

We offer customised tracks for parishes and organisations, co-curated with Parish Priests/Heads of Organisations that can be conducted at the Parish/Organisation residence. These are some of our tracks that we have curated and are available:

Lead Like Jesus (LLJ)

A foundational module based on the servant leadership modelled by Jesus Christ. In the 2 sessions, we will explore the 4 domains of leading like Jesus: the heart, head, hands and habits.

Servant Leadership Retreat (SLR)

A day retreat reflecting on the ‘being’ habits of a servant leader, cultivating the spiritual disciplines of solitude, silence and stillness. In the second half of the retreat, participants reflect on the ‘doing’ habits of a servant leader examining the source of one’s leadership behaviours.

Heart to Heart (H2H)

A sacred time and safe space to reflect and have heart-to-heart conversations among the leadership group. The insights which emerge from the group conversations will be helpful for leaders in discerning the life and next priorities of their community.

Building Trust (TRU1)

Through conversations and interactive group activities, participants will develop a shared understanding of trust and take personal responsibility for how they can develop deeper levels of trust at an inter-personal and group level.

Crucibles: Leadership Values in Crucible Moments (CRU)

Discover your leadership values forged from your own life experience. Get to know one another as unique children of God (beyond our tasks and functions), and through sharing your leadership story.
