- A customised pre-workshop questionnaire form for data gathering.
- A one-day strategic planning workshop that will cover the following areas:
- review your organisation/community’s current profile and realities,
- identify your future realities,
- articulate your vision or purpose statement,
- develop your future strategic profile, and finally
- identify and prioritize your critical issues
- A short follow-up session to help the leadership team develop action plans coming out of the previous workshop.
