Leaders, have you ever come out of a meeting feeling a bit disappointed that it wasn’t fruitful as it should have been, and that somehow you weren’t able to draw the best out of those participating?
This interactive workshop is designed to equip leaders with key skills in facilitating effective group discussions or meetings in ministries and small communities. The course is especially useful for leadership teams in Parish Pastoral Councils, Parish Executive Councils, ministries or Archdiocesan Organisations.
Leaders will gain insights and skills into the unique role of facilitators in engaging groups and harnessing group wisdom for decision-making, discussions, learning and planning.
