A workshop to enable leaders to differentiate between various leadership styles, to identify blocks in group decision-making and to adopt group processes that support consultative and collaborative decision-making.
Leaders will learn how a community may discern the will of God for it at that point in time, and experience how to integrate the process of discernment within its decision-making modalities.
