This self and relational leadership formation course is highly recommended for members of the PPC and PEC (Ministry leaders).
The workshop will focus on facilitating a common bond and understanding of commitment as Catholic leaders.
Key elements include:
- Forging our identity as a group, making a group agreement on hopes aspiration & commitment.
- Self-discovery & guided reflection on the “crucible” events which have shaped me as a leader so far, and sharing with fellow leaders.
- Contemplate where is God in my journey as a disciple & as a leader (my conversion milestones) so far, followed by sharing with fellow leaders.
